Ltd. is pleased to share that our CEO, Dr. Roopak Vasishtha, was invited as an honoured panellist at the International Leadership Conclave – GOLF 2025, held from November 8–10 in Jaipur. This prestigious global forum brought together leaders from industry, civil society, academia, and policy to exchange ideas on shaping sustainable and inclusive futures.
The conclave, themed “Reimagining Conscious Leadership: Sustainability, Societal Impact, and Global Responsibility,” served as a platform for deep, future-focused conversations on ethical leadership, social innovation, sustainability, youth empowerment, and cross-sector collaboration. It aimed to inspire models of leadership rooted not only in business efficiency but also in responsibility, impact, and long-term societal progress.
As a distinguished Member of the Leadership Circle under the honorary “Venture Visionaries” category, Dr. Vasishtha served as a distinguished panelist in a session on Emerging Technologies, Ethics, and the Future of Leadership in the aviation industry, specifically from the lens aircraft leasing. Drawing from his rich experience as a business leader and aviation industry specialist, he spoke about how AI and emerging technologies are reshaping aviation — from predictive maintenance and digital twins to smarter crew scheduling, enhanced training tools, and data-driven decision-making in aircraft procurement and leasing.
He emphasized the importance of deploying such technologies with strong ethical governance, especially in safety-critical industries like aviation. His remarks highlighted the need for human-in-the-loop decision systems, responsible innovation frameworks, and leadership approaches that balance technological advancement with accountability, transparency, and mission-driven values.
